Returns / Exchanges wants you to love your purchase! If you are not delighted with your selection, return the item within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your original form of payment. Simply follow the guidelines below.

-Merchandise must be in its original condition with garment tags attached.
-Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

-gift cards cannot be returned

-Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
-Sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of these two options:


Please fill out the return section of the invoice completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

Please return the items in your own packaging using a shipping method of your choice, however please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address listed below so there will be proof of return in case the package gets lost in the mail.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


You can also return the merchandise to our boutique. Present the merchandise to an associate at Montmartre boutique store with the invoice and credit card used to place the order.


At this time we do not offer exchanges for online merchandise.  If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item back to us, and place a new order for the item in which you would like in its place.  Once we receive the original item you will be refunded for your original order.
